Use the same website and account on your phone, tablet or computer. Changes save online and remain subject to your staff role and assigned sites.
Open or add a home-screen shortcut
- iPhone / iPad: open in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android phone / tablet: open in Chrome, then use Install app or Add to Home screen from the browser menu when available.
- Windows / macOS laptop or touchscreen: open in a current browser. Chrome or Edge may offer an Install option; you can also bookmark the site.
Daily use
- Portrait and landscape layouts adjust to the screen. Wide inventory tables scroll sideways within their panels.
- Tap, mouse and keyboard controls are supported. Browser zoom remains available.
- Photo capture and attendance selfies require camera permission and a compatible browser; file selection is also available.
- Excel downloads and uploads use the device’s file picker. Keep the .xlsx file format.
- Print through the browser to an available printer or PDF. Receipt printers, scanners and cash drawers still depend on the device’s hardware and drivers.
Internet is required for sign-in, live stock, orders, uploads and saving. A home-screen shortcut does not enable offline sales. Device support has not been physically tested on every brand or browser.
